Changes in shareholders structure of « Aruji Asset management » LLC have commenced in December 2010. Currently «Aruji Asset management » LLC has left «Aruji Group» of companies (Japan) and has no relations whatsoever to the abovementioned group.

The formation of new management team is now under way, as well as revision of the company’s investment strategy on the market. Besides, plans include termination in the nearest future of the Interval mutual investment shares fund "Aruji - Gross Equity Fund" (PPM of the fund registered by FCSM on 25 October 2007 № 1038-94137107).
